Exchange Your Cycle with Ours
We offer an exchange service exclusively for bicycles, available primarily in Karachi. However, please note that we generally do not encourage exchanges because all of our cycles undergo thorough inspections and are fully checked before being made available for purchase.
Exchange Process in Karachi:
If you're based in Karachi and still wish to proceed with an exchange, you can start by sending us the details and condition of your current cycle via WhatsApp. Once we've reviewed and agreed upon the terms, you can visit our location to complete the exchange.
Exchange Costs:
Any costs associated with the exchange are the buyer's responsibility. If any previously undisclosed issues with your cycle are discovered during the exchange, the deal may be canceled, or the difference in value may be adjusted.
Out-of-Karachi Exchange Options:
For customers outside Karachi, we offer a few limited exchange options, though we highly recommend in-person exchanges in Karachi to ensure the best experience.

Full Payment Option: Send the complete payment first, then ship your cycle to us. Once we've received and inspected it, we'll send you the replacement cycle.

Local Representative Option: You can send your cycle to someone in Karachi who can handle the exchange on your behalf at our location.

Ship First Option: Send your cycle and any payment difference to us. After receiving and inspecting your cycle, we'll ship the replacement cycle to you.
Note: Please be aware that the estimated difference in value may vary after a physical inspection of your cycle upon arrival.
